  • 1 pound ground chicken, turkey or pork

  • 3 garlic cloves finely sliced

  • 1 T chili paste

  • 2 T fish sauce

  • 3 T sugar

  • ¼ C cilantro chopped

  • ¼ C basil chopped

  • ¼ C mint chopped

  • ¼ C lime juice

  • 1 bunch scallions chopped

  • Leaves of lettuce butter or romaine
