Roasted Middle Eastern Red Bell Pepper Sauce

INGREDIENTS

  • ½ cup roasted red bell pepper

  • 2 Tbsp red wine vinegar

  • 3 Tbsp olive oil

  • 2 teaspoons smoky Paprika

  • Salt and pepper

TO MAKE

Purée all of the ingredients together in a blender and season to taste.
